	A Little Bit About Us... Mel & Ernie’s Catering is a division of Mel’s Commonwealth Cafe. Doing business since 1958, we have continually grown in order to meet the needs of our customers. Working from a catering commissary inside the restaurant, our people unite as a team to get the job done. Our goal is to deliver fresh quality products in a timely manner. We strive to put you at ease and come out on top no matter what the occasion. Don’t worry! Last minute orders do not frazzle our team, we do our best to get you out of a bind! We also provide servers, silver, china, linen, tents, table, chairs, etc. Our staff will customize a menu for your corporate or private occasion. Our professional staff is trained to provide a worry free affair.
